I pre-ordered In Nov 2022 for a release in Jan 2023. I was able to keep track of the purchase throughout the process and I was answered quickly and in a helpful manner when I asked about the status at the beginning of Jan. The order arrived when it should have and was in great shape when it did, will be ordering again.
